Ewan represents injured people and their families through catastrophic accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other serious injuries. He believes in being a fierce and compassionate advocate for his clients, who often face uphill battles against powerful players and a complicated legal system. Those fights demand equal parts academics, counseling, and storytelling. Ewan aims to bring all three when helping his clients get their day in court.
Spokane Native and UW Honors Graduate
Raised in Spokane, Washington, Ewan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Washington in 2021, with degrees in English and Political Science. While there, he was active in student government and worked with consumer and housing advocates across the state, leading to notable changes in evictions, collections, and advertising for regular Washingtonians.
UW Law Graduate and Skilled Advocate
He came back and graduated from the UW School of Law in 2024. While there, Ewan focused on honing his courtroom and writing skills, with a particular focus on civil trials. In addition to in-house competitions and the trial program, Ewan captained the UW Jessup International Moot Court team, one of the largest and most distinguished appellate competitions for law students. Outside academics, Ewan externed with Washington’s top Plaintiffs’ advocates on complex national cases, while also volunteering on local dockets to help people facing collections. His best experience, though, was working as a provisional attorney (APR 9) with UW’s Housing Justice Clinic, where he represented low-income tenants facing evictions. For all this work, Ewan was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a distinction reserved for American law schools’ top courtroom advocates.
Ewan: Dedicated Attorney and Enthusiast
Ewan is an active member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ) and William L. Dwyer Inn of Court. When not practicing law, he is usually cooking, playing Dungeons and Dragons, hiking, writing a book idea, or enjoying obscure films and TV. Though litigation can be intense, he always tries to stay approachable and meet attorneys, staff, and clients where they are.
